I need help unlocking s5620 plz help - GSM-Forum

Hi

i was trying to unlock Samsung S5620 with Z3X Box, i pluged in the phone with micro usb cable and tried to unlock it the following message came up:

Selected model: S5620
Selected com port: COM82
Selected speed port: 921600
Phone must be ON
Search modem ...
Timeout - modem not found
Elapsed time: 63 second, sw ver: 3.4.0071

i have also tried putting the phone into qual com mode, same thing happend.
plz give some advice to me on how to unlock this phone...thanks for ur help

yes i have it but the box doesn't detect the phone. Can anyone help ? Please give full instruction. Thanks

i have micro usb 2 in 1 cable which has (ust-l0001 sam e 210 bx)on it , i woulf like to confirm is this the correct cable to unlock this phone?...thank u.

I am using a micro usb cable that is labelled ust-l0001 sam e 210 bx.

I use this cable for other micro usb phones so I guess this cable should work.

Can someone please confirm is my problem cable problem? Or something else?
