Arrow Become a JTAGger

Become a JTAGger !

So you wanted to become JTAGger ,

We call people unlockers who unlock phones
And today We call people who Jtags are JTAGGer

JTAGging seems just a little bit difficult than a unlocking because it requires skills , those skills more skills than unlocking requires !

Well it does !

But skills are like soldering , measuring voltages and reading values and ofcourse those are not like very special skills which you can not have them ! But Those skills you can have them by practicing them and learning the basic about’em

it is just about clean soldering , correct measuring voltages , reading resistor values and that’s what requires some basic knowledge about electronics, not to mention you should be able to read service manuals at least finding places JTAG points !

There are some extra jigs also we provide along with the tool which is designed for particular models which will help you avoid soldering on few models but you still need to solder for new phones unless you purchase new jigs for coming up new models , it is like buying a cable for your unlock tool.

All of a sudden having a Powerfull JTAG Tool will let you communicate through the JTAG interfaces you play with and supported platforms ofcourse will effect the mobile counts that you can play with because the Tool limits you !

We hereby as ORT-JTAG

Currently Support Following Platforms

Qualcomm Platform
  • MSM6245
  • MSM6246
  • MSM6250
  • MSM6250A
  • MSM6260
  • MSM6275
  • MSM6280
  • MSM6281
  • MSM6290
  • MSM7200
  • MSM7200A
  • MSM7201
  • MSM7201A
  • MSM72XX
  • MSM75XX
  • MSM7XXX

Marvell Platform
  • PXA 31X
  • PXA 310
  • PXA 312

OMAP Platform
  • OMAP 243X
  • OMAP 2430
  • OMAP 2431

Samsung Platform
  • S3C6410

And there are much more coming these days those we were working on !
We are very far ahead of any other JTAG Devices which really support and develop the solutions ,

And i do NOT think it is comparable two devices we are talking here ,

ORT is a Real JTAGger's choice

Best Regards
Oz.

Hi,

We just want better documentation and procedures. just tell us how to do thigs in proper way.
I personally speaking i never had prob in connecting phone via soldering. Went in first GO.
But i connect the First G1 in 6 min. and than it takes me 7 days to repair it... howering here and there in forum.. begging for the forum members to give some clue...etc..but after 7 days i have repair it. Ok fine... and later i have done few more G1 in very short time .. mean i have learn it via hit and trial and later found the right procedure to do it.

But i dont want to spend 7 days on each device.... for example i have found the video of f480v repair in the forum. and after watch it few times and succesfully repair a f480v.

I have no doubt about the functionality of the ort. Maybe its supper good and i think it is.

Its my personal opinion.

thanks

We are in the market with the JRT projekt from 01/04/2010.
We have start work for OMAP and PXA series now.
We make all step by step without any update like other tool "bug fixed bug fixed" etc etc .
Its strong solution and not all in one time . We need some time yet.
Thank You for understanding and trust.

It is not easy to write the basic code for arm jtag emulator. The easiest way is trying to capture T32,A1000,psas+jlink or ORT's jtag signal during write or read operation and play it in your own hardware.yes,it works.but not real jtag.and psas+jlink is the best choice to capture.but jlink only supports arm9 finely.it supports other CPUs not very good.so how to support OMAP and PXA series ?only way is to capture T32,A1000 or ORT's jtag signal .It is none of our business. But please don't kid others.because no bug no upgrade.
