I've an owner of ORT just from beginning.
Let me say the support of ORT is perfect. It seems someone could not contact the supporters, so they say support is bad But the team help me always in short time to solve the problems!!!
I've repaired a lot of phones with ORT so i only can say that ORT ist best choice for JTAGers!

As electroboy say, every user must know electronic basics. So if don't have such basics go away an play with other tools.

This is my opinion...
