samsung i8350 (W)
keep pushed vol. down + camera + home and switch on,
will see "format" on display
follow instructions on display.
be carefull,format clean security code and,offcourse,erase all user data.
after format the phone reinstall automatic all apps originals.

Worked for me only after I plugged the charger.. Spent several hours trying to hard reset this model.
