samsung s8300 user code problem - GSM-Forum

phone has been locked with a user code have tried using nspro to reset but as phone will not fully start nspro cannot reset. any one know of a master code or hard reset option

Full Reset *2767*3855# worked for me.

If u on the phone it will ask user code then how you will reset the phone

hi
if ur phone work without sim card and not ask user code you can reset user code with ust pro via usb cable
but if not work just can flash it for remove user lock

when you put USB cable the phone asks user code without SIM

excuse me *2767*3855# this code workd only for old model & also the old modle dsnt need code without sim thats why v culd aply that code, but now the ssamsung s8300 hurnd wd r wdout sim need code so how can reset that one Guy?????????????????

HI,
After 15 days, test whith JTAG, FW, and many other Trouble, i was having my S8300 whith Code at the Start Up FORGOTTEN, the USB connector was Charging ONLY, no DATA IN or OUT, today, have thinked one thinghs, and the resultated is PHONE WORKING to 100%%%%%%%%%%%%%.
How have done?
Very Easy for don't to think first, have insert one sim acceptated from the S8300, have done one EMERGENCY to call in this time the phone have displayed other field for write the Number, when i have write: *2767*3855#, at this point i have seen in the display: "Wait one moment for reset phone", when this is restarted was NEW and FULLY WORKING, but WHITH NO MORE PSW of UNLOCK PHONE,
and who have wrote that this code NOT working whith NEW phone, don't understand Anythinghs of Phones, Samsung in this case,
I Hope that this can help many other peoples in the same situation,
