i've got this phone with camera problem. when camera is opening(camera failed);can be problem from flex cable or i will try the firmware first?

Try this solution.

type *#6984125*#
then select INTERNALS
then tpye again *#9072641*#
then pres done-confrim-test mode
then press key 6 (video)
then press key 3 (camera update)
wait and enjoy

if not work try this;
-Type *#197328640# in the Idle mode, then you can reach the test mode.
-Select [6] Video
-Select [3] Camera Firmware update
-[Please Wait] will be displayed
-Wait a few minutes then [Please Wait] will be changed to [SUCCESS]

If still doesn't fix,flash with latest available version.
Tried and tested,maybe unit is patched to unlock. Gudluck.

I rooted my phone, my 4g network fluctuates and my camera don't open anymore pls I need help
