Only Games Working on Samsung F480 (F488) 240 x 320 - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody.

I created this thread for everyone here who got games actually working on Samsung F480.

Actually I created an online folder on 4shared to upload all the games that are actually working on my F480 (F488) and the true touchscreen games are already without the bottom bar.

If u want to help on this, please upload your working games to this folder:

Please Specify there if the game is true touch without the bar.

I have already uploaded some games there, I will update more as long as i find games working on my F480.

In case that u don´t know how to remove the bottom bar... these are the steps:

Just edit the MANIFEST file, zipped in the JAR file and add the line:
MIDlet-Touch-Support: True

So you just open the JAR file with winrar, then find MANIFEST, open with notepad and add the line
MIDlet-Touch-Support: True

Save the file, re-ZIP the files and rename back to a JAR file.

This should remove the bar.

but please what will people like me do, who do not have the facility of gprs or any internet connection on our phone

Well ... I am sorry to tell but the only way i am able to install games is via GPRS, it´s really annoying that we can´t use the USB Cable to install our games for free.
I am still looking for a method to install it, but with no success

When sometimes when I installed some games, they don´t even work and is just a waste of money.

That´s why i created the folder with only working games for f480.

So u guys can be sure that it is really working and won´t be a waste.

If it is possible, please .. when you upload a game to the folder. post the name of the game here, so all we know what games are in the folder

Do you goto the website on the Tocco and then download them from there? if not how do you install the games please?

upload them to one of the free wap websites
download files to your phone to install

OMG !!! I got to pay 385 HK dollars for this month xD (US$ 49) When i just normally pay 50 - 60 HK dollars... too much money for downloading games... xD I won´t download more games till i am sure they will work xD. This is why i created the folder... to avoid this huge bill !!!

Are you sure you followed the link at previous post #11.
Any way here it is again:

But you mentioned the program TkFileExplorer so it means you have been there: I cannot believe it is not enougth for you, it is a step by step procedure. What else do you need?

When I download game from here, and when I unzip it, folder contains lots of files and cant find jar file ... :s I am doing something wrong dont know what

got them uploaded in JAR/JAD but cant find them on phone now :S
