Member: 1391824 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | Samsung Star (S5233) - Problem Yesterday I bought this phone. It's not brand new. Bought it of a mates, mates. It had a Virgin simcard already, so I'm assumming this phone is locked on that. When I turned the phone on. It said enter puk code, Password, Confirm Password. I kept entering some codes randomly, at the time I didn't know what it was. So next I put in Optus simcard which I am using. It asked me to enter SIM Password I just enter random numbers again. Now the phone doesn't even ask me for that. How can I unfreeze and unlock my phone? Is there a way to restore factory passwords for the phone? Member: 1391824 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | I think the phone is freezed. I've been hearing Virgin is Optus and can use. So I put my brother's Optus simcard in hopeing it would work. But it still says the same thing. "Phone Freeze, Please Contact Service Provider" So I think it's the phone itself. How much do you think this would cost to get it sorted at the shop? I really don't have money to spare right now. Or if someone could help me would be great! |
