Hi There ,

The G810 Phone model Consist of 2 CPUs
First one is Qualcomm MSM 6280 which is for Phone/Modem Part
Second one is OMAP 243X which is for PDA Part .

So PDA Part is OMAP and you probably tried to connect using with ORT Tool EXE which does not support OMAP Yet!

Solution would be using OMAP Tool for your PDA Part
There is OMAP Tool in the support area and there are even dump files in particular folder for this model ,

Having Difficultes ?

I would like to assist you if you have problems with using it .
Please contact me on support e-mail : [email protected]

I can even quarantee you a TeamViewer support until your phone in hand got fixed !

PS :
Your connections to PDA Part probably ok because ORT Tool prompted that it is unsuported CPU
just give a shot to OMAP Tool and it will be detected

PS 2 : About a cmm file not existing in support area ,
we have changed the structure of Qualcomm Tool which is not so same as 7 months ago but this post is !

Best Regards
ORT

Eventually you are right about the MSM6260 but it is not the point !

It seems you figured out how to use it ! and hope above answer was helpfull but i am sure you would say no it was not !

And i have not received any problem in support e-mail ?

OMAP and Qualcomm parts are supported !

Best Regards
