A737 Unlock Problems still - GSM-Forum

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

I have an A737 I am trying to unlock.

I called service provider and got the unlock code, tried several times and still get Phone Freeze SIM Unavailable.

I had the people at my service provider store type the whole sequence in the first few times too. As far as I know this phone has never been unlocked before since its pretty much new. With the SIM that came with it in the phone it runs normally, just can't actually make any calls.

IMEI 359637/01/110520/3

Unlock Code from Service Provider: 79425136

I called back twice to make sure I wrote down the unlock correctly. And yes I typed in (with NO SIM in the phone)

not just the unlock code. Can't do anything with the SIM I'm trying to switch to in it. Just has the Phone Freeze message.

Is there any thing I can do to get this thing to work!? I'm getting sick of my current phone and the 2 broken screens on it

take it to phone shop for unlocking.

yes they can do,,,,,,,unlock by using box like nspro or ustpro ( by patch imei unlock),,,,,,co'z

i got a737 phone freeze mode on mine. i got everything i need like cables and software but no original flash to get it out of phone freeze mode. i need someone with fresh a737 and no phone freeze on it. what about u?
