I have it. But it's not free.. If you are planning to make a unlock cable.. then think twice.. cable uses BOTH usb and serial at the same time.

Yes. You need a special USB Chipset to build that cable.

HI THERE,
YOU ONLY NEED A USB CABLE TO UNLOCK THE PHONE.THE SECRET IS TO CONNECT TO YOUR COM PORT YOUR INTERFACE (WITH A NORMAL MAX 232) AND SHUNT PIN 10 AND 11 OFF THE IC.THE SW WILL CONNECT TO SERIAL THEN WILL READ ALL CODES BY THE USB CABLE 100% TESTED

REGARDS
Z105

Use Winimei, connect You Interface To Com Port Shunt Pin 10 And 11 Off Max 232 (out Off Rx And Tx Off The Ic) Then Connect A Usb Cable To Usb Com Port And All Problems Will Be Solve.you Can Use The Original Cable That Comes In The Box Off The Phone(usb Cable)
