I have unlocked such a phone but on win98 using usb cable (also shorted pin 2,3 on DB)...on XP always got error and never got succusseded

the z500 cable is not z130 cable... i test it with many phones... we need new pinout for z130.

of course that z130=z500 usb cable ....i personally have unlocked Z500 with z130 usb cable...you can search the forum and will find the correct pinout...

Yes Z500 is same cable USB !!!
But here we need com cable pinout.

ok..
here I attach correct usb pinout for Z130=Z500....the only thing you should do with COM port is to short-circuit pin #2 with pin #3 - nothng more (there's NO cable plugged in COM port)....

First install drivers for USB cable (will find them easy in forum)
Then, use Z105 V1.16 (it's spread all aver the forum) and unlock the phone.
All set!

btw..for me all this works under win98...trying under WIN XP did not give me the desired result....

Z105, Z500 and others unlock this way My Dear, tested on many phone. But Z130 Need direct com cable connection No Usb or shorted pin 2and 3.
