How to flash i560

Samsung I560 flash/update Instructions

1- Download the program to update the firmware – Apollo


2- Download I560 firmware


3- Download the SS60_Downloader_Driver.zip


4- Turn the phone off and then hold down the 4 and 7 keys on your phone and turn it on, This starts the phone in the “All Download” mode Connect the USB cable from you computer to your mobile and when is asks for a driver use “SS60_Downloader_Driver” that you downloaded. Once it has installed both the phone and PDA drivers, Start the Apollo program and connect the USB cable from you computer to your mobile. A COM port should appear in “No. 1 Modem”. Select the *.bin file by hitting the “Modem Code” button and the *.img file by hitting the “PDA Image” button then hit the “All Download” button to flash your phone. Once the update is complete the phone will reboot. Unplug the USB cable.

Sir!i had one !560v.it switches on with start up display screen but after couple of moments it just go blank.and cant be switched off from power swtch.so i tried to flash it with appolo according to ur instructions and with the firmware you suggested in given link.flash was done 100%.but phone is just stucked at startup screen.i also tried to use different firmware but problem still persists.
when i press 4+7+p.button phone shows all download,but automatically install the drivers of modem only.And does not detect the pda drivers.But if i press 4+1 then only it detects PDA and i should install them manualy.it was done.
so flashed it in two sessions,
1-PDA download
2-modem download
please let me know the reason of my failuare and the solution.thanks

thanx lot to help but i hve this problem wht to do nw*+7 modem download mode dont detect driver
4+7 all download mode driver detected
1+4 pda mode driver detected

try to put phone in modem mode and open apollo and conect i560 with orignal usb and see if its detect port. coz some its happen some time driver alrealy instald and when u conect phone its dont show new hareware found and also dont show in device manger. so try as i said if its dont detect remove and put cable again if its detect thats mean modem prat is ok. and them put pone in all download mode and select file presss all download .

brother i try on 3 pc but no luck it show this i can,t see any thing on applo

thats mean phone modem part is dead. u have to fix with jatag or send it to Elco to fix it

wht jatag u talking about i hve 1 it only repair old fone new fone is not supporting yet
