z540 need help - GSM-Forum

i have z540 and use qualcomm imei write system for umts ver 2.00(service)
i try unlock it and get :
start unlock thephone...
check serial communication with teh phone. wait...
serial com - good
wait! detect usb port... !
searching samsung modem..
usb port open success
lock read fail

maybe sameone can help?
