Are you using Diego or Phoenix?

Either which way, try getting the the product code and then doing an advanced flash in Phoenix, and use the Revive option, putting in the product code you read and picking the flash file you want to use.

Do you have acess to another Reliance 6255? If so, connect that one to Phoenix, read all the settings, save them to a PRI (good file worth saving) and then write that PRI to the phone you just flashed.

That's the easy way to do it. The hard way is saving the PRI off the other phone into an excel file and manually editing the new phone to match the settings. It can be time consuming, I've done it before

I've never tried with either box, the other way works so well.

Try this:
http://rapidshare.de/files/8965622/Diego.rar.html
Download and install the MSI file, copy the files in the "crack2" part to your windows\system32 directory. It should then let you load Diego and read the settings files. Just don't try to flash with it, it'll kill the phone
