best nokia tdma flasher - GSM-Forum

hi i currently have a griffin i was wondering since "the best nokia flasher" keeps killing a lot of my tdma phones if there is something better..??
i was told tornado but never had a chance to use it can someone please advise me what to get now..??

I flash tons of TDMA every day, so I tell you: Griffin for TDMA *****!!! They promissed flashing for DCT-3 too . BIG LIE!!!!!!!!

UFS-3/Tornado flashs TDMA very well, all models; BUT have terrible old bug with PM,s that Saras don´t fix until today PM read problems with TDMA

Prodigy can flash very well some models like 3320, Prodigy Team is working in totall TDMA support.

yes youre right, why dont you all buy 1 (expensive) device that has less problems than all? Instead of waisting time and money in UFS + griffin + Progidy, all this money together is good flasher

Nokia DCT-3 without problems flashing wite Dejan-flasher, and the others Nokia, except for CDMA, makes Griffin-box. I have altered not one hundred already and problems are not present. CDMA to me it is not interesting.

B u l l s h i t, guys....... Of course in theory original flashers FLS2-D, FPS-8, FLS-4, and blablabla are better then generic flashers.

They were created by Nokia engineers for use with phones they created.....

BUT, they are VERY expensive, have bugs too (like generics) and are very limited (PMM area), at least you have all R&D material.......

So, if you work with TDMA, and dont have hw and sw to work in PMM area, you have nothing!!! How you survive 1220 without wrinting PMM area??

For example, in my city a friend of mine have official Nokia repair center. He only have FLS-4S. So, he is limited in flashing MCU and PPM. Result: he try work a phone with FLS-4, if dont work, he send to me to work with my generics Griffin, UFS, Prodigy, Neelix, etc........ Actually I have more success them him.

So, better is get FPS-8 and Griffin, and Prodigy, and UFS, and Neelix, and whatever box in market........ but we are limited by $$$$

Well man the best solution for u maybe is Twister u can flash tmda DCT4 only u can flash and alive ur phones just used pached file or special pm in this wau u are able to unlock and alive this phones if need more info feel fre to email me

but Prefer to many flasher's like Griffin , twister etc
I like NEELIX 3 for TDMA flashing ....

Useless discussion

For any Nokia mobile phones regardless whether it is GSM or TDMA or CDMA, always best solution is original hardware and software equipment.

Price is High, and always will be, but benefits are numerous.

Features of original Nokia Hardware and software are limited with various factors, i.e
version of PKD-1 security Dongle you are using, or Version of Software you are working with

rest assured, if you have right software and hardware from Nokia, you can do whatever the hell you want with their phones.

Usually people are buying original equipment from other people that have very little knowledge in working with these hardware and software, and thus it can lead to various bugs and errors, while if you buy from reliable source you can count on support and help, that is what it counts for , afterall.
