6235: Cannot flash with Phoenix or Diego

Phoenix 2006.20.9.148 and Diego 3.07 are installed and running. When I tried to flash TKI_S190V0200_6235_01_NFP.exe firmware using both of them using DKU-2 cable, I got this error messages:

--------
Could not initialize FLS device, detecting prommer...
Detecting FLS device.
FLS device not detected.
Flash Cancelled, no flash device detected.
--------

What is wrong? I'm a total noob in Nokia flashing, any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

steps to flash 6235 by phoenix and dku-2/ca53 cable

*extract the nfp file using nfp extracter or use password "GratefulDead"
to extract mcu ppm and cnt from nfp (rename .nfp file to .rar )
*execute phoenix,.manage connection to usb
*detect ur handset with a fully charged battery
*new option will be highlighted, press ez flashing...wait....now press
*control then F...new option for advance flashing appears
*put extracted files in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\Rh-60
*load mcu, ppm, cnt, tune etc and check on force download

...............and press flash

wait till job is finished

tried to follow you and the guide (/vbb/archive/in.../t-324101.html) ... Still I cant get it flashed.

I have extracted the NFP file loaded, when I press "flash" I get this error:

--------
Could not initialize FLS device, detecting prommer...
Detecting FLS device.
FLS device not detected.
Flash Cancelled, no flash device detected.
--------

So, I will need more hardware for this?
