i try to hard reset [press midalekey of navigation key then power ]not show master reset show only boot loder
need flash file to flash plz uplode any member tested file ?

You show good manual, but few days ago i almost brick two Moto Q. They won't flash at all, always got same error, and process was fail. Devices turns on in bootloader mode after put in battery.I did following. In RSD Lite Config -> Flash/Flex options... check ODM Serial, TI Blank Flash must be on. With this corrections my Q's has flashed.
