For this you must need jailbreak your i phone

Just restore this file

SPC000000_iPhone.rar

You can restore this file by iTunes

TO Allow in i tunes read this

Make sure itunes is not running Mac – open a terminal and type in..
defaults write com.apple.iTunes carrier-testing -bool TRUE
Windows – open up a command shell and type in:
"%ProgramFiles%\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
Connect the iPhone and start up iTunes. Wait until iTunes access the iPhone.
On Windows shift-click "Update", on Mac option-click "Update" (NOT "Restore").
iTunes will pop up a dialog, selct the downloaded .ipcc file and click "OK". iTunes will install the carrier file.

AKEY

1, Open carrier.plist file on folder /system/library/carrier bundles/iphone/310vzw(if i phone Verizon) or310SPR(if i phone Sprint)
Open it with Notepad find <key>AllowAKEYEditing</key>
<false/>

CHANGE ORDER <false> to < true>

( save as at pc disk and delete phone file in iFunBox then paste here your saved file from pc disk )

2, Now you phone in NO service and in carrier Not available
Don't wary it is Normal not to Just follow next step
3,Now you will able to change akey by ##2539 change it

4, Now revert 1st step

5,After revert it you will see Network come back on original stat and your AKEY changed

PRL

1- download the iFunBox.exe

2, rename your prl to carrier.prl and place it in a folder on your pc

3, open iFunBox, plug your phone, when show folder and open

/system/library/carrier bundles/iphone/310vzw(if i phone Verizon) or310SPR(if i phone Sprint)

there you will see the carrier.prl file. delete it

4, now open the file you renamed with your prl. paste here it


5, Now Open carrier.plist on same folder /system/library/carrier bundles/iphone/310vzw(if i phone Verizon) or310SPR(if i phone Sprint)

Open it with Notpad find prlpushflag You will find like this

<key>PrlPushFlag</key>

CHANGE ORDER <false> to < true>

( save as at pc disk and delete phone file in iFunBox then paste here your saved file from pc disk )


6, Restart i phone

7, Now you will in NO service and in carrier Not available

Don't wary it is Normal not to Just follow next step

8 Now revert 5th step

5, Now Open carrier.plist on same folder /system/library/carrier bundles/iphone/310vzw(if i phone Verizon) or310SPR(if i phone Sprint)

Open it with Notpad find prlpushflag You will find like this

CHANGE ORDER <false> to < true>

CHANGE ORDER < true>to <false>

Don't touch any other thing because this file is signed so becareful

8, then Restart I phone and check your PRL Change done
