N6015 cant make a call after changging UEM - GSM-Forum

dear all master....i had change UEM fo nokia 6015 cdma, all the fungtion is normal, but just one isnt going rigt....the signal bar is full but it cant make call, i put a brand new UEM chip ( emty chip ) i also write the new rpl esn, now the UEM chip has al ready have esn but why it cant make a call...????
pliss help me...

me too get the same problem with my 3015.

both of you can activate those cdma Handset with that New ESN
