need idea for nokia 3105 - GSM-Forum

hellow experts i had got the nokia 3105 from the road. when i try to call the phone is already blocked. now when i dial *228 there is failure of the activation. is there any idea to get back in use handset is from Reliance. is there any idea to convert it on to TATA Indicom

Y?ou can make it RUIM and use on tata, but its illegal and after traCE u might go behind the bars.
