Nokia 2112 imei is ???????????????

Hello to all,
Today i flash first time CDMA phone. That is 2112 phone is flashed is OK but after flashing imei is ??????????????? & phone will be restart in 30 sec.

Also i take this phone in dead condition. that's why we don't know the imei is OK or not in dead condition. Also i ask to who work out CDMA phone that If wrong flash file selection imei is damage . . . ?

Anyone idea how to repair this problem.
