you can use moto 168 orginal usb cable or c131 rj 45

when i connect 2505 fail
*5 on off for download mode
phone connected bod not possible go in user data tab

and in offline mode mobile note connected so possible open user data tab

post here what is ur problem with 2505....is it restart?
*+5+power and set is in download mode.if model show in popup window means connected if not show model than it mean not connected.now u have to check ur connection /cabel/jack/ccs tool version:D
