Your phone is NAM lock and should be unlock from Phoenix.

You need original equipment like FPS-8 and LOGS from Nokia. Its not so easy to unlock the 3520 through cheap solutions.

hi well somebody knows with what pkd can i program this phone just min and sid to make it work in my local operator or if somebody has the phoenix craked version ..

Phoenix crecked not help you to solve this problem .
you need original nokia products with original phoenix and some support to solve this problem.

hello, I have crackaido all the phoenix versions and the truth is a little difficult at the beginning but after crackiar the first one all the other phoenix is same, I recommend you that carges the phoenix 3,2 that it reprograms some tdms dtc4

u need to erase that area which contains sec bits for number assignment module [nam] when u flash with griffin+original 3520 flash, it does not erase all flash,,,,,,,,,,,,,just use ur brain and it is a little trick.
