I am using Nokia 6275 CDMA phone for Reliance for the last three years with out any problems. From the last weak it shows some problem that, the pone only connect to call when it shows full point of network coverage and will not make or receive calls when the network coverage shows 1,2 or 3 point coverage. I had given the phone for service at authorised Nokia service centre at Cochin, but they returned the phone that it has no hardware problem but the problem is with software and the software is to be reinstalled. For this phone has to be send to Head office and they will charge Rs.4000/- up frond whether problem will solve or not. I got the software (REL_BL290V0100_6275NB_01.NFP) from internet. Please help me by giving valuable information to flash the software in my Nokia 6275.

I bought this battery through online and received last month It was packed 2007 manufacture " Made in China " for Nokia 6275 paying Rs. 900/- This phone is barely used, but after two month of constant used playing music , the original battery died, so i thought of buying new battery purely for playing music

The problem is when typing *#4357# i got the battery info

Battery type: 4L2
Capacity

mAh) earlier it was 995 now it’s showing 985
Voltage (mV) 3742, but full charge it shows 4011

I want to know is this battery a faulty one, I had send email whom i bought this battery and he said you should visit nokia carecentre about this problem!

How can i know is this battery is original, I notice the bill they send along with battery do not contain any serial number. If i visit nokia cc do they replace the battery if this a original nokia battery

What is the procedure for replacing the battery?

Lastly why it is showing 985 mAh

I am very sorry for long list of request
