i have a nokia 700 and i tried unlocking it and i've flashed it but it keeps auto restarting wifi gives me a system error its locked to uk virgin media all i have is a normal usb and a windows 7 desktop with internet can anyone help me or suggest some software P.S dont have a credit card to buy special usb and stuff thanks in advance i really need help
