Nokia n97.

Since the recent release of the Nokia flagship n97 s60 smartfone lots of users are experiencing software and hardware issues, such as low network signal, loss of data, re booting, freezing, memory loss and lag due to a weak processor, with also a scratched camera lens caused by the protective slider over it.

The new v12 software release has resolved many of these software issues, and the removal of the lens cover has cured the scratches, but in some cases the v12 software patch has introduced other issues too.

Possibly the version 2.0 update will make this handset more stable.

Unfortunately branded handsets are tending to get these updates a little later than unbranded handsets, due to the networks they are branded by taking time to sign them off for network release.

Some users are on their 3+ n97 handsets.

Some have returned or sold their device hoping that the new to be released tablet handset Nokia n900 will supersede the n97.

So............................

Are you a n97 owner with problems or have you had no issues ?
What are your pro's and con's on the n97.

Have you any comments on the n900, or do you own one.
