RUIM or NO RUIM pls help - GSM-Forum

Pls help me to know about word RUIM in CDMA technologies, I see there are so much CDMA phones now and I'd like to know about it.

RUIM - what does it mean?
What are the differences between RUIM and NO RUIM?
And a more question? What is tata sim? I don't know about tata sim.

A RUIM card (also R-UIM) or Re-Usable Identification Module, is a removable ID chip for cellular phones made for the Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) network. The RUIM card holds a user's personal information such as name and account number, cell phone number, phone book, text messages and other settings.
Is it clearly?
