I have a unit with the same/simlar fault. The external large speaker will not work and the mic will not work. But if I use nokia external earpiece and mic it works fine. Obviously the two circuits are related.

Thanks

For mic emif you could use hf-mic emif, but after that mic in handsfree will not working but it is better than main mic is damaged. I havent found a way to the jumper tricks since mic have mic bias that can only managed by an ic. This mic emif can be found in 6255,6235,2865,6265 so far this is i know.
