pls i have the above phone.it is saying hardware failure mobile blocked any solution to these problem

try to flash.it may be same provlem like contuct service.

use the sagam repair v1.01 on ur universal software, if he read fine then repair or u flash with scdr11.

Did you try unlock you phone? HW failure you can get after few unsuccessfuly unlock atempts... connect your phone with cable and try with sagem doctor read field 268 - which value have?
