Porsche Design P'2522 Fingerprint Recognition Reset?? - GSM-Forum

I have a Porsche Design P'2522 fingerprint recognition phone that had a previous owner. I sold the phone to a new customer and now we cannot reset the fingerprint recognition form the previous customer. Is there any way to reset this. I called Sagem in the Texas, USA and they said it cannot be reset by the end user and that I would have to ship it to Texas to have it reset, free of course under warranty they said. Is there any other way other than sending to Texas.

Hi there, did you manage to reset the phone? I just purchased almost new P9521, and i have the same problem.
