Can someone tell me how can I unlock VF231 (VIP Serbia)

p.s. treba ti najmanje 100e da bi mogo sam da ga otkljucas, zato u neki servis i plati dekodiranje jer ga NIKAD neces sam otkljucati ako ne kupis opremu za to

vf 231 donesi u presevo qe ti dekodiram samo za 1min

mt box and rocker unlock vf 231 without any problems
