i have same problem.b100m hang on logo and after flash same condition.

Mate Flash with repair OTP mode,write its IMEI and S/N(MSL ADD) from the back of the phone choose file and tick FFS farmar&Repair Mode and flash it.

because
i am resoldering it but short the pa
i remove it then no short
now i need pa jumper
