Bad support for customers - GSM-Forum

i have original dongle, i buy it from gsmfactory, i have lost all my data on hdd, and of course, user/pass, i ask to vahid, 2 month ago, and he never answer to my 1000000 mail, and when he is connected on icq, i ask it too, but he disconnect from icq, he have my user/pass, it's old, i not want to have new user/pass, i just want to recovery my account, i think it's not so hard to send me it, i have also send it my s/n of dongle....
Vahid, if you read this thread, please send it to me, i really need it, if you want another information, just say me

Only gsmfactory can give you new user/pass. Vahid's job is only to make upgrades in the FTP with new flashes and if have new model to upgrade the software. He is not connected in any case with the end user. For all the rest only your supplier must help you. UST is OK now. Have more then 3 GB fliashes in his ftp, the software can make all what you wish with any samsung phone. So better say here "sorry" ...

My re-seller said this must refer to VSH !!!
