HI sir i m new user of this cardl
i always get error whenver i open software .exe file

BOX_ERROR_0x00 : Box/SmartCard not found!

but when i opens SN Reader.exe it's show right Serial number. I make many tried. i tried on two pcs and win98 , xp but all time fail to fix this problem otherwise com ports and drivers are perfect.

HI,

Just the run the driver setup v3.0 again and all will be working fine.

its because u are using some other smart card dongles..

like infinity .jaf..nspro.usb smart. etc

urs box havnt any problem ..problem in urs windows..

so make new windows or use other untouch smart card pc.

install these drivers http://www.ust-pro2.org/free_software/setup_xp2k_v300.exe

connect box. .it will ask for dirvers ..give driver from .programe files .ustpro folder....restart software and urs ustpro working 100%

Hi bro, i have the same problem , i just deleted the update. dat file inside the USTpro folder after that my box worked

also fallow this, it can help to solve smartcard not phone

all what u have to do is going to install ur smart card manually

Problem is the computer must be booted with no other cards connected. Disconnect them all and restart, then connect only UST, and start the sw.

same thing happened with me
just delete update.dat from ust exe folder and unplug all boxes and dongles and also memory card readers from usb run ust and it will work

Disconnect all SmartCard reader dongles,install again setup_xp2k_v300.exe!! Your regional and language settings must be ENGLISH(UNITED STATES).After install attach UST PRO and all be OK!!!
