Cannot Calibrate Box, Pls Help - GSM-Forum

I've been using the same box for along time now, just lately after I install new software, it asks to calibrate the box..I follow the instruction but when it asks to insert old dongle and i did but the software cannot detect the old dongle..I check in device manager and it shows dongle is plugged in...how do i calibrate the box now?

check comport number .. make sure its less then 12
