Can't detect phone on RJ45 UST2 Port! - GSM-Forum

How can I avoid the message "Can't detect phone on RJ45 UST2 Port!" - I'm trying to unlock Z150 and ZV40. Phones are found on USB cable, but not RJ45...

connect both cables and all operation will do with battery.

No it won't.

I've checked the cable, it looks correct (got scheme).

I'm of course connecting both cables, and using battery (phones is turned on).

is it a homebrew cable or factory made ?
do other fones on other cables work ?
are all correct usb drivers installled for both phones ?

It's a factory cable.
Yes, other phones does work.
I haven't installed drivers, but USB is working fine - RJ45 doesn't. BTW I'm not being asked to install drivers.

use v804 cable,not factory 1. i'ts looks the same luke z500 1. cheers!

new Zxxx donest need rj45 connection to unlock msl
u can unlock msl just by usb port
Zv40 . dont try unlocking cause its not supported yet

I'm using a V804 cable from factory - Z500 cable doesn't fit in the phones!

It's seems so in the program? I'm selecting ZV40 and clicking Direct Unlock.
