Cant take photo on e250 but.. Can take video... I flash it but same problam ...

get these two files from support area
flash and ffs
E250D_27_XAGJ2

will fix ur problem
tested before

if did you cahnge LCD before this hardware
and repar hardware broke a capasitor near lcd ribbon socket
