On clean Windows installation UST Pro II closes after starting immediately - GSM-Forum

Hello!

We have a customer, that is trying to install and use UST Pro II on his notebook. He states, that on clean Windows install (without anything else installed) after he starts UST Pro II nothing is showed on screen. The effect looks like he even haven;t started anything. Notebook is Dell Latitude D510 - Intel 915 chipset - Windows ХР Home SP2 and Pro SP2 tried both.

All devices are shown in Device manager ok.

Could you advise something? On his other PC UST starts ok

Yes, serial number can be read ok.

It's still the same, font encoding problem. Will it ever be fixed in UST or we'll (not only russin users) always have to use some weird workarounds?

Customer just corrected me, that when he starts UST - nothing happens at all. No window, no sign of life
