hi , i have a sam e116 , when i power on shows the logo and restart , and shows the logo over and over again , i try to flash with ust and a flash from the support but give me an error

-"Error loading flash loader!-
- CODE:0x0AFF" -

Initializing loaders...
Loading S-Record File ...
Power on mobile !
Phone detected!
Loading setup loader (1/1) ...
Loading RAM (1/1) ...
RAM Loader executed OK!
Operation failed due to an error!

can anyone help me

bro first full erase main framware than full flash with latast version

how can I do full erase ?, with ust there isn't any option for erase in this model

please mr.siroya or anyone help me , maybe the problem is the flash because is the only flash in the ust support
