E315 Unlocking: Sim Error - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to unlock a T-Mobile E315

I did direct unlock and also unchecked the "lock to" box and "set network locks"

but no luck. I'm getting Sim Crashed, contact service provider. then SIM ERROR screen.

Possible Problem:
The t-mobile simcard is 16K, the new Fido simcard is 32K. I think this is the issue because the old Fido network simcard work, just not new simcards.

what is the solution to this?

is not software problem check sim and hardware man

ya its 100% hard ware problem man no go in deep of sim card
