hi

im trying to fix this in SGH-F480 when im insert sim card the phone tell me
(phone freeze sim unavailable please contact service provider)

ok i have ustpro2 box butt when plug the phone and goto the ustpro2 box

programes and use Read codes command the programe show this

Searching for UMTS phone...
Qualcomm phone detected : COM1
Reading partition data...

when im using Fast Direct unlock the programe show this

Searching for UMTS phone...
Searching for phone...
ERROR : 0x1F45
Elapsed Time (00:00)

what is the error and why

can someone help me

hi friend
dont worry
i have this problem sometime
reinstall ur program and usb driver of ur box then try again
you better flash ur phone with this firmware then press fast direct unlock

i unlock many f480 with this firmware and unlock it via usb cable or rj-45

what can i do for unfreeze it ?
with cable usb can i do unfreez with any program?

try your ustpro box another computer.and insall new driver,sometime ustpro and seetoll driver crash on same computer. whic cable are you using

thanks for all the problems solved by this version of ustpro2 USTPro2_v9001.exe

1-im uninstall everything from my computer
2-install USTPro2_v9001.exe
3- using the correct cable GF-AT170 G800+USB

4-run ustpro2
5- select the model F480
6-DO FAST DIRECT UNLOCK

Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Calculating SP Data, Please WAIT...
Calculate OK!
Current lock status : ON (425-01)
Unlocking phone...

AMAR MAN I also face same problem same day. My customer gave 2 hours. I coudnt unlock and retuned that phone. I tried using v9954 and v802. cable at170 e210+usb. AT that moment you was facing this problem. anyway thankyou very much giving this detail.
