f480 phone problem - GSM-Forum

i ahve ust pro and i download file from support. i extarct it .but it extract with red icon of acrobate. i strat flashin but it gives error Loading flash file...
Flash file loaded OK!
Searching for UMTS phone...
Phone detected! : COM9
Programming flash...
ERR_WRITE_TIMEOUT
Elapsed Time (00:20)
phone is opening normally .i press on button but phone strt to open but not open. help please thanks

try to flash it with MultiLoader V 5.33

i made a ig mistake

i write BOOTFILES of G400 on F480

and my phone is dead & cant go on downloader mode

how ca i solve this problem?? help me plz
