E700 allways charging !! - GSM-Forum

I received a e700 from a friend...

He flashed phone with some free soft...

When we put phone charging, phone starts to charge... but when we pull out the charger he continues showing in screen that he's charging.

With UST v5.0 :

i flashed, i put a new eeprom and a new flex file, still the same...

Showing that is charging when we pull out the charger.

Any ideas to solve this ??

Use 16 MB full flash to repair ur fone

yes, it's a good idea, but where do i get a full flash for e700 ??

Only idiots can dammage the phone with 'free software' .

i managed to get a full flash...

But phone continues with same problem.

defintitly hardware problem, try to find with service manual charging controler i dont know in e700 but for example in c100 is LTADY, you have to replace controler, or mayby solution with diode from c100 will help you, ore else try there is short circuit on conector.

change part U501 {right side of charger connector}and all be ok its tested solution on always charging or gharging when ower off mobile
