1- solution of no network
- write new eprom e250 (if same error)
- rebuilt imie
- (if not work) write flash e250d-27 all will be ok

2- solution with audio
- write e250d-27 main+tfs and mark (format tfs)
- if u want to arabic it
- flash main only on e250d-25 and don't mark (format) fs

3- hang in e250 logo and restart
- only flash e250d-27 all will be ok

I repaired e250V WHICH HAD imei 00000000000000000 AND NO SOUND ,, all I DID WAS FLASH WITH E250d LATEST FLASH FILE FROM UST PRO SITE ,,, AND E250D EEPROM ,, JUST SELECT FILES ....FLASH , FFS AND EEPROM AND FLASH THE PHONE AND ALL WILL BE OK ,,, DO NOT FORGET TO REWRITE YOUR ORIGINAL IMEI BACK TO THE PHONE TO AVOID COMPLICATIONS .

i you face problem restart after unlock than again unlock set and it will be ok, i remove this by fault twice by this method
