| help me support !!! hello I install my ust-pro 2 box on an laptop and it works just fine but now I install it on a new pc with fresh windows xp sp2 all drivers install ok all steps for box instalation follow exactly, but always I have same error see pic |

| That error is unusual. (not installation problem). must be Pc incompatible. Ur Pc must be a clone Mother-board. Try reinstall OS, while doing that, fullformat ur hardisk and use FAT32 file system. When do Ust-Pro2 installation, Make Ust port be lower than com10. Make pc restart after installation b4 launching Software. Then Post result. |

| after done the following steps, box works ok install xp sp2 install all hardware drivers RESTART install ust-pro2 software RESTART connect ust-pro2 box RESTART now all ok thanks you all |
