im trying to unlock a z500 but it just doent comunicate with the soft im using factory made usb/rj11 connector,whats the problem here.

u neeed RJ45 + USB cable to unlock this fone

sorry siroya,thats what im using!rj45 in tx hole,then usb in the back of my clip,the fone is on,the modem is set at 4,but the soft scans and doesnt find the fone,any more suggestions?
