x650 dead after bad flash

Program just stop at 66% in the middle of flashing x650 (I don't know why, mistery), blue led stops blinking, and phone is dead. New flashing passed, but when I try to power on phone - nothing.

What is correct procedure to fix x650 after bad flashing?

Then maybe the problem is located on the file...isn't it?

i did try x650_26 and x650_28, but results are same - I can't power on phone after flash (files are from ust support).

Becouse of that I think it's not problem in the file, it must be difference in x650 models.

Nevermind, USTpro2 shows its power in flashing dead phones
