Hi,
type *#9090# on the phone and select USB_DIAG disconnect the phone from USb then reconnect it, then try to unlock it again.
You must also set USB_PHONE from DataConnection.exe on the phone.
The phone should be detected as Modem and Diagnostic port to be unlocked.

second way.

1. Enter code *#7284# - choise phone usb
2. Enter code *#9090# - choise 1. (or *#197328640# -> 9 -> 4 -> 1 )
3. Setup drives and enjoy.

I have i5700R from Rogers, It did not work, the process start but always finish with
decripting failed
make sure you have inserted sim

You're not getting sucess because you are doing the process without a sim card.

Follow these steps:
- Put whatever sim card on your phone;
- Turn it on;
- Type *#9090# and select USB_DIAG on the phone;
- Type *#7284# and select modem;
- Connect the phone and select Direct Unlock;
- Wait until get sucess...

It works 100 %
