illegal instruction - GSM-Forum

i install ust in my computer,but i canot start it,i always face "illegal instruction" error as picture.
please give me some advice?

window xp english. i also change country into " english(unite states) in regional and language setting. same problem .

try .reg file ( search on forum) or try to change lang on EN (GB) .

Man go to regions setting in windows change language to English, go to advance tab and change language to English too. Now all must be work.
Restart PC. Good Luck!
